In this video, TOPMexicoRealEstate interviews Richard Roberts, the owner of Teetotum hotel in Tulum about his experience living in Mexico as an American.  Richard, originally from New York City, moved to Tulum around 2007 to open his boutique hotel business.

Among other points, Richard says he feels welcome, safe and secure in Tulum.  He also feels very relaxed; any time he wants, he takes the 2-minute trip down to the beach and enjoys one of the most beautiful places in the world!

As for life back in the U.S. – does he miss it?  “No,” he answers with confidence; he loves his life here in Tulum!
